Rammina Yassaie

Senior Lecturer in Leadership, Centre for Leadership in Health and Social Care, Sheffield Hallam University

Rammina is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership at Sheffield Hallam University, which involves the delivery of leadership education to multi-professional colleagues, alongside research and scholarship activity. Prior to this she worked as a freelance leadership development practitioner, having co-founded the HEE Yorkshire and Humber Leadership Faculty. She is Alumni of both the HEE Future Leaders Programme and FMLM Regional Fellow programmes. She qualified as a medical doctor over a decade ago, having previously worked as a paediatric registrar followed by undertaking GP training in Harrogate.  She strongly believes in leading with humanity and, in turn, cultivating leaders who do the same.
