Registration and Payment: All bookings should be made online and are payable by credit/debit card or cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact events@bmj.com. We can only issue invoices for groups of five or more people from the same organisation.

Group bookings: Groups attending can save 15% on individual delegate and concession rates and accelerate their learning as a team. Booking as part of a group does not only allow you to save on your delegate fees but also gives an opportunity to maximise your experience and your organisation’s exposure at BMJ Leader Live.

• Group savings automatically apply when a minimum of 5 or more individuals from the same organisation register at the same time.
• Group bookings must be made online.

Concession rate: We are pleased to offer a reduced concession rate to include those in clinical training roles including medical trainees, dentists in training, pharmacists, scientists, nurses, midwives and allied health professionals.

Discounted student places: We are pleased to offer special discounts for our registration fees for students in full-time education. To apply for a discounted student place, please send one of the following to Rachel Buss at rbuss@bmj.com:

• A copy of your student card which clearly displays the date of validity in numerical form
• An official letter issued by the Dean of your university confirming you will be in full-time education at the time of the conference you are booking (24 February 2023)
• If your application is successful, you will be provided with further instructions on how to register with our student rates.
