Katie is the black sheep of a farming family so often felt like an imposter through her training. She is now a consultant developing her ideal career with a focus on supporting and developing colleagues by being a 360 facilitator and supervisor. Katie developed and now facilitates leadership courses in Yorkshire and the South West. She completed a fellowship in the Yorkshire and Humber future leaders programme, was formerly on the FMLM trainee steering group and have held multiple BMA roles.
