Emma Morley

Associate Director, Work Psychology Group

Emma is Associate Director at Work Psychology Group. She is a Chartered Member of the British Psychological Society and an Occupational Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council. Emma has expertise in the area of assessment, selection, evaluation and innovation in the healthcare professions; her role involves designing and evaluating bespoke and innovative solutions, informed by the latest research literature to disseminate key learnings. Emma recently led a piece of work to develop a specialty choice tool for the BMA, which won an award from the Association of Business Psychologists, Excellence in Using Business Psychology for Social Impact.
