On 26 June James Mountford, Editor-in-Chief, BMJ Leader and Rachael Moses, NHS Leadership Academy welcomed Prof Anton Emmanuel to the BMJ Leader Live webinar where he discussed inclusive leadership and being an ally.

During the webinar Dr Anton highlights how, leadership has to implement change within the NHS by breaking the system down and building it up once again to what it should be, inclusive. The leadership team is responsible for changing course and acting NOW!

We have to understand what our workforce matrix looks like and use that data to implement change.
