When will the Regional Conference take place?

BMJ Leader Live is an in-person one-day conference and will take place on Friday 10 November 2023 at The Studio in Birmingham B2 5EP

How do I get to the venue?

The Studio has three railway stations within walking distance from it:

  • Birmingham New Street (2 minute walk)
  • Snow Hill
  • Moor Street

Or an 8 minute walk  from The Mailbox Car Park

What is included as part of my registration?

You will get access to all keynotes and workshop sessions; networking opportunities throughout the day; lunch and all-day refreshments; opportunities to meet with our event partners and sponsors; and a certificate of attendance.

What discounts are available if I book my ticket early?

The November event has no discount opportunities available

What are the terms if I have to cancel my registration at a later date?

If you are unable to attend you should inform us in writing (please email events@bmj.com).

You have the right to cancel this contract at any time up to the date that is four weeks prior to the Event. If written notice is received more than six weeks before the Event (i.e. on or before Friday 29 September 2023), a full refund will be given. If written notice is received between six and four weeks before the Event (i.e.  Friday 29 September 2023 – Friday 13 October 2023), your payment will be refunded in full, less an administration charge. If we receive written notice to cancel less than four weeks before the Event (i.e. on or 12 October 2023) there will be no entitlement to any refund.

What should I do if I have additional access requirements?

We aim to make BMJ Leader Live as accessible as possible. If you have specific access requirements you can add these during the registration process or get in touch by emailing the team at events@bmj.com.

Will there be a cloakroom available at the event?

Complimentary cloakroom facilities will be available at the event.

Who can I contact if I have any questions about the event?

If you have any questions or require any information during the event, please visit the Registration and Information desk at the entrance to the first floor, or ask a member of the BMJ events team.

Will I get a certificate of attendance?

A certificate of attendance will be sent to all attendees two weeks after the event. 

How many CPD Points will I get?

You will receive 7.5 CPD Points when attending the event

Is there a Covid-19 Health and Safety plan?

You will appreciate that the current covid-19 situation is constantly evolving. We continue to follow Government event guidance and will continue to update delegates in the lead up to the conference.
