When will the in-person event be held?

BMJ Leader Live is an in-person one-day conference and will take place on Friday 24 February 2023 at etc.venues St Paul’s (200 Aldersgate, London, EC1A 4HD).  

How do I get to the venue?

etc.venues St. Paul’s is right next to London Wall and the Museum of London, just 5 minutes from both Barbican and St Paul’s tube stations, and 10 minutes from Farringdon and Moorgate.

What is included as part of my registration?

You will get access to all keynotes and workshop sessions; networking opportunities throughout the day; lunch and all-day refreshments; opportunities to meet with our event partners and sponsors; and a certificate of attendance.

What discounts are available if I book my ticket early?

We have the following discounts available for individual and group bookings:

  • Book before 25 January 2023 and save 13% with Early Bird
  • Students save 70% on the full-price ticket (there is no Early Bird rate for students)
  • Special concession rate for trainees, recently qualified, pharmacists, nurses and allied health professionals

What are the terms if I have to cancel my registration at a later date?

If you are unable to attend you should inform us in writing (please email events@bmj.com).

You have the right to cancel this contract at any time up to the date that is four weeks prior to the Event. If written notice is received more than six weeks before the Event (i.e. on or before Friday 13 January 2023), a full refund will be given. If written notice is received between six and four weeks before the Event (i.e. Saturday 14 January 2023 – Friday 27 January 2023), your payment will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of £250. If we receive written notice to cancel less than four weeks before the Event (i.e. on or after Saturday 28 January 2023) there will be no entitlement to any refund.

What should I do if I have additional access requirements?

We aim to make BMJ Leader Live as accessible as possible. If you have specific access requirements you can add these during the registration process or get in touch by emailing the team at events@bmj.com.

Will there be a cloakroom available at the event?

Complimentary cloakroom facilities will be available at the event.

If you have any questions or require any information during the event, please visit the Registration and Information desk at the entrance to the first floor, or ask a member of the BMJ events team.

Are the sessions accredited and will I get a certificate of attendance?

The event will be applicable for 8 CPD points. The event will also be accredited and further details will be published closer to the event.

A certificate of attendance will be sent to all attendees two weeks after the event. 

Is there a Covid-19 Health and Safety plan?

You will appreciate that the current covid-19 situation is constantly evolving. We continue to follow Government event guidance and will continue to update delegates in the lead up to the conference.
